Land Use Consulting

Our principal, Jeff Salmon has provided project management for a wide range of land development and land use projects from initial to final stages of the entitlement process. Tasks we take on include working with land surveyors to develop various exhibits and plats, completing land use application forms, working with land planning staff, assembling referral packages, preparing for and attending planning department, planning commission, and county commissioners meetings.
